The Law Path starts if the player decides to go along with Duke Ronwey's plan to slay the 5,000 at Balmamusa at the end of Chapter 1. This path, unlike the Chaos Path, does not have a branching story. Both Chapter 2 and Chapter 3 are considered the Lawful route, and the player does not have the option of going the Neutral Path at the end of Chapter 2.
